In der Xistera-Werkstatt von Familie Gonzalez fertigen heute bereits drei Generationen die aufwendigen Handschuhe für das Pelota-Spiel.
Die Xistera genannten Korbhandschuhe für das Pelota-Spiel werden bis heute in Handarbeit hergestellt.
Die Brüder Jon (li.) und Patxi Tambourindeguy (re.) spielen schon seit ihrer Kindheit Pelota. Heute nehmen sie an großen Turnieren teil.
Thierry Lopes Etxepare ist einer der letzten Handwerker im Baskenland, der die Bälle für das Pelota-Spiel herstellt.
